A large log fire offers wonderful warmth in winter, whilst you curl up on the very comfortable couches. The separate dining room with an additional log fireplace leads to a fully equipped kitchen again with fantastic views. The upper level has another 2 bedrooms, including master with comfortable king bed and ensuite and a 3rd bedroom adjacent to its own bathroom.

The double doors open onto a patio offing a private garden setting. You will love the fabulous rural outlook, with this property immediately adjacent to the back of the very popular Rippon Winery and equestrian centre. It is not unusual to have horses introducing themselves over the back fence, and if you have a spare apple or carrot, you could make a equine friend for life.

Bills way is one of the fabulous traditional Wanaka streets with mature trees and a relaxed family friendly feel. This lovely property is located very close to Rippon Winery, a short stroll to the lakefront, Wanaka Station Park and of course Edgewater for coffee and their famous scones.
