Rob Roy is a large 4 bedroom light and airy property. As you enter through the impressive entrance way you can turn left toward the queen bedroom, twin room and 4th bedroom which conveniently has 2 sets of bunks. At the other end of the house there is the beautiful master bedroom furnished with a king bed, and accessing an ensuite and large walk-in wardrobe. A large sliding door offers access from the master room right out onto the patio.

The large modern kitchen is generously equipped and even has a large walk-in pantry. There is plenty of space in the kitchen which is open to the dining and living areas. The sun lounge has been setup with comfy couches overlooking the park and is in addition to the separate TV area, perfect to keep the kids amused at the end of the day.

Heating is supplied by a heat pump along with the log fireplace with all of your kindling and firewood supplied.

The huge double garage has internal access to the house, and boasts a table tennis table for your enjoyment.

The BBQ area overlooks the field and is all set up for outdoor entertaining.

The kids can pop out though your private gate and have all the space in the world to run around the park. Just let them go whilst you relax and keep watch, sipping a glass of wine or craft beer on the cobbled patio.

If you are feeling more energetic, you are directly across from Mt Iron access. Mt Iron is a fantastic 1.5 hr walk with breathtaking views of Lake Wanaka, Lake Hawea and down the valley toward Cromwell.
