The open plan lounge, dining and modern kitchen are all furnished with quality furnishings and modern appliances. The gas fireplace and heatpump keeps the property toasty warm in winter, and cool in summer.

The house has 4 lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms. The dedicated kids bunk room, with 2 full sets of bunks for 4 kids to enjoy.

A highlight of this house is the location. Located in the popular Meadowstone area in Wanaka, this house is only a 3-4 minute walk from the lake front. A 10 minute stunning stroll along the lake is the Wanaka village centre. Here you will find a wonderful array of restaurants, cafes, shops and galleries. There are plenty of activities for a family staying in Wanaka including Puzzling world, indoor/outdoor climbing wall, jet-boating or Have-A-Shot with clay pigeon shooting, mini-put, small bore rifle and archery.
