Tucked away in a quiet street, this house has unimpeded views of Lake Wanaka and the stunning snow-capped mountains from upstairs and downstairs lounges and balconies.

The Krook is brand new with elegant modern furnishings and all the amenities you will need to ensure a relaxed stay. The house also features gorgeous art works by talented New Zealand artists.

The 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms will comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in style. Downstairs you enter into the modern fully equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge and deck with BBQ and outdoor seating. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are also located on the this level. Upstairs is a further 2 bedrooms, a separate bathroom and lounge with exquisite lake and mountain views. Should you want a night off cooking for the troops, then after finishing your pre dinner aperitif on the upper balcony with magnificent lake and mountain views you can enjoy the 3 minute leisurely stroll across the park to the wonderful cafes and diverse restaurants in the village centre.
